Alan Foran

Alan Foran is a Principal Incident Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they oversee incident management processes. Previously, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at Ergo, delivering services to a major Irish enterprise client while focusing on continual service improvement within the ITIL 4 Framework. Prior to that, Alan worked for Hickey's Pharmacy Ltd as an IT System Administrator, managing database maintenance and overall IT support. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computing in Digital Forensics from the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown.
