Alinda Smith

Alinda Smith is a Strategic Portfolio Planning Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they develop and update project management processes within the HR and Shared Services department. Previously, Alinda served as a Project Specialist at the National Criminal Justice Training Center, coordinating grant-funded training programs and enhancing organizational procedures. Their early career included roles as a Conference and Events Coordinator for the National Academy for State Health Policy and a Recruitment Administrator at TwentySix Recruitment. Alinda holds a Master’s degree in International Security and Conflict Management from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Maine. They are currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the University of New Hampshire.
