Alison McDermott

Alison McDermott is currently a Senior Manager in Practice Management Solutions at State Street Global Advisors, where they are integral to the award-winning Practice Management team, providing thought leadership and developing educational programs. With prior experience as a Summer Administrative Director at the Hingham Recreation Department, Alison organized and supervised recreation programs for over 1,200 campers and trained staff. Before their current role, Alison served as a State Street Global Advisors Practice Management Intern and worked in various positions at Fidelity Investments and Clemson University. Alison earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University, where they also participated in a study abroad program in Italy.
