Amber Galindo is a dedicated and results-driven leader and team member with a strong background in agile leadership, product management, project management, and marketing within the financial services industry. They have a proven track record of leading initiatives, managing delivery teams, and collaborating across multiple departments to execute deliverables effectively. Currently serving as VP, Group Squad Lead at FMAX, Amber oversees strategic technology leadership and optimization of technology delivery squads, driving FMAX growth and managing vendor relationships. With a blend of expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and client experience enhancement, they have continually demonstrated their ability to lead high-performing teams. Amber holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
