Amy DeVasto is the Chief Compliance Officer for Transfer Agents at Fidelity Investments, where they leverage their extensive background in audit, finance, risk, and compliance. Previously, Amy held the role of Vice President of Transfer Agent Compliance at Fidelity, managing a team responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance. Amy's career includes key positions at Deloitte, where they evaluated controls and performed financial audits, and Procter & Gamble, where they prepared and analyzed financial reports. Amy holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
