Amy Newman is currently the VP of Leadership Development at Fidelity Investments, where they lead leadership development initiatives for 14,000 employees and 3,500 managers. Previously, Amy served in various roles including Director and HR Business Partner at Fidelity, and Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting, where they contributed to significant process improvements and cost savings for clients. They began their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated an ability to link people strategy to business strategy, enhancing organizational capability and profitability.
