Andrew Welt is the SVP and Rewards Consulting Practice Leader at Fidelity Investments, bringing extensive experience in rewards consulting and corporate leadership across various global organizations. Previously, Andrew served in key roles at CVS Health, Haemonetics, and Hasbro, where they managed compensation strategies and teams to support recruitment and retention efforts. In addition to their corporate roles, Andrew has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at San Diego State University and as a Faculty Member at WorldatWork, teaching courses related to compensation and total rewards. Andrew holds a BA in Political Science from Hartwick College and an MS in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Rhode Island.
