Ann Hart

Ann Hart has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Fidelity Investments since 2006. In this role, Ann oversees large, complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams, provides technical product strategy, and mentors project managers in Agile practices. Previously, as the Director of Technology at Fidelity Institutional Operations, Ann directed a large IT organization with a focus on risk management and managed a diverse team. Ann's earlier experience includes project management at Edgewater Technology, where Ann led application development projects for prominent clients and achieved significant efficiency improvements. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine.
