Ashlee Sullivan

Ashlee Sullivan is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in non-qualified operations and support. Currently serving as VP of Non-Qualified Operations & Support at Fidelity Investments since September 2025, Ashlee previously held the position of Director of Nonqualified Operations at Ascensus from April 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Ashlee spent nearly a decade at Newport, initially as Senior Operations Processor and progressively advancing to roles including Director, Manager, and Supervisor of Non-Qualified Operations. Ashlee is adept in management functions such as supervision, scheduling, coaching, and training, with a strong focus on compliance with 409A regulations and SSAE16 guidelines. Ashlee began the career at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., progressing from Sales Associate to 1st Assistant Manager. Ashlee holds a B.A. in Finance & Management from the University of Kentucky.
