Ayla Taylor

Ayla Taylor is an NLP data scientist with a Master of Science degree in Computational Linguistics from Brandeis University. Currently serving as a Senior NLP Analyst at Fidelity Investments, Ayla focuses on automating phone systems, data management, and model training while advocating for ethical AI practices. Previous roles include working as a Contract Linguist at Textio and a Research Assistant at both the University of Pennsylvania and Brandeis University, where Ayla developed experimental designs and contributed to various research projects. Passionate about improving annotation and data management, Ayla is also interested in AI regulation and the development of better models with less data.
