Barry Deignan

Barry Deignan is a Principal Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments since April 2005, with extensive experience in designing and implementing ETL data solutions using Oracle, Hadoop, and Exadata platforms as part of the Fidelity Brokerage Technology Data Team. Previously, Barry led a team of five engineers in the Market Data Group, delivering real-time security transactions from the New York Stock Exchange to various online trading platforms. Prior to joining Fidelity, Barry worked as an Oracle/Informix DBA and Unix Systems Administrator at ADC/Metrica/Vallent from April 2002 to April 2005, providing database and UNIX support across multiple departments.
