Belton Monroe is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in architectural strategy and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Workplace Investing API Architecture Strategy at Fidelity Investments since April 2012, Belton provides architectural leadership within agile organizations, focusing on design patterns, technology evaluations, and modernization strategies. Prior roles at Fidelity include Director of Fidelity Brokerage Technology Architecture and Principal Solutions Architect, where Belton led technology proofs-of-concept and coordinated application designs across multiple projects.
