Beth Donnell

Beth Donnell is the VP of Talent Management at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team focused on talent management, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. They co-founded Fidelity’s special interest group ‘Raise’ to support working parents and caregivers and played a pivotal role in creating the first data visualization summit at the company. Prior to their current role, Beth held various positions at Fidelity, including Business Analyst and Director of Talent Management & Inclusion, where they managed initiatives related to talent assessment and development. Beth began their career as an Editorial Intern with Appalachian Mountain Club Magazine and holds a BA in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
