Bill Irving is the current Chief Investment Officer, Global Asset Allocation at Fidelity. Prior to this, they were with Alphatech from September 1995 to June 1999 as Senior Staff. Even earlier, they were with MIT Lincoln Laboratory from June 1987 to August 1989 as Associate Staff. Bill has a long and accomplished history in the field of investment and asset allocation.
Bill Irving's educational career began with him attending the Frontiers of Science Institute. Bill then went on to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After that, they attained their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same school. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bill Irving reports to Vadim Zlotnikov, President, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management. They work with Edward Urban - Senior Vice President, Consultant Relations, Casey Condron - Head of Institutional Client Group, and Mark Dacey - Senior Vice President, Consultant Relations.
