Boris Elbert

Boris Elbert is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Quantitative Research and Investments Technology at Fidelity Investments since May 2021. Prior to this role, Boris held the position of Managing Director for Risk and Analytics Technology at Wellington Management from October 2004 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing business relationships and developments related to investment risk analysis and security analytics across various asset types. Boris began his career as the Head of Global Derivatives Technologies at Fleet Bank from 1999 to 2004. Boris holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
