Brian Cramer is currently the Chapter Leader (Director, Software Engineering) at Fidelity Investments, where they are part of the Propel Leadership Program. Previously, they held various positions at Fidelity Investments from 2011 to 2019, including Software Engineer Developer and Senior Software Engineer, where they were a tech lead and subject matter expert. Brian is an alumnus of the inaugural LEAP program and contributed to significant projects, including a CRM system for the YWCA and trading solutions for registered investment advisors. They also have experience as a Data Architect/Software Developer at Excellus BCBS and a Software Tester/Developer at Thomson Reuters. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2009.
