Brian McLain is currently the SVP, Deputy General Counsel at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2022. They previously served as VP, Associate General Counsel at Fidelity from 2014 to 2021. Prior to their time at Fidelity, Brian worked as an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2007 to 2010 and as an associate at Frontenac Company from 2002 to 2004. Their career began as an analyst at Bear Stearns from 2000 to 2002. Brian earned a BA in History and Economics from Dartmouth College and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
