Caitlyn Speed

Caitlyn Speed is currently the Head of Competitive Intelligence at Vanguard, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Caitlyn was a Senior Director, Strategy and Consulting at Fidelity Investments from 2018 to 2020, where they also served as Vice President in various strategic roles. They began their career at Cambridge Associates, where they held positions including Client Relationship Manager and Senior Analyst, demonstrating strong leadership in investment performance and client relations from 2007 to 2013. Caitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, along with a minor in Leadership Studies, from the University of Delaware, and later obtained an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
