Cara Cantarella

Cara Cantarella is a business leader with extensive experience in education, technology, and financial services, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Fidelity Investments. Previously, Cara held various roles at the University of Chicago, including Lecturer and Senior Thesis Advisor, and was a Specialized Publications Editor at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research. With a strong background in instructional design and project management, Cara has also worked as a Managing Principal at Acumen Enterprises, Inc. and consulted with CoreAxis Consulting, delivering training solutions and managing high-performing teams. Cara holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and has achieved A.B.D. status in Political Science from The University of Chicago.
