Carl Farris

Carl Farris is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. At Fidelity Investments, Carl served as IT Director from July 2012 to 2017, focusing on the reorganization of agile teams and overseeing product portfolio management. Prior to this role, Carl was a Senior Manager, initially managing software developers before transitioning into operations and change management.
