Carmen Ramirez

Carmen Ramirez is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer service and communication roles. Carmen served as a designated trainer and server at The Cheesecake Factory from 2017 to 2019, before transitioning to Fidelity Investments where they held multiple titles, including Customer Relationship Advocate and Sales Associate, from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Carmen worked as a Community Organizer for the Texas Campaign for the Environment in 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Science in University Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2015 and 2018.
