Caroline Conena

Caroline Conena is a content strategist and learning and development leader focused on the financial and health tech industries, with a passion for pay equity and fair opportunities for women. Caroline has served as a Digital Project Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they led digital content strategy and web projects, and has contributed to LGBTQ inclusivity through a fellowship at the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth. At Fidelity Investments, Caroline currently holds the position of Director in the Content Center of Excellence. Their extensive experience also includes roles at notable organizations such as Virgin Pulse and Devoted Health, where they managed content strategies and member engagement. Caroline is pursuing a Master of Public Health from Harvard University and holds a BA in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
