Catherine Campos

Catherine Campos serves as the Head of Workplace Consultant Relations & Sales Strategy at Fidelity Investments since October 2022. Previously, Catherine held the role of Head of Large Market Institutional Sales at Vanguard from November 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a national team focused on the distribution of defined contribution investments and managing client relationships with significant plan sponsors. Additionally, during their tenure at Vanguard, Catherine served as National Sales Manager for RIA Strategic Accounts and Sales Manager for the Northwestern U.S., contributing to team building and sales initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Vice President at First Trust, where oversight included the national strategy and product distribution for institutional investors, and as an Investment Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Arizona and completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
