Charisma Madamba

Charisma Madamba is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in tax management and reporting. From September 2017 to December 2020, Charisma served as Senior Director and Vice President of Corporate Tax at Fidelity Investments. Prior to that, from July 2015 to September 2017, Charisma held the position of Vice President of Tax Reporting at Harvard Management Company, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Associate and Assistant Vice President. Earlier experience includes a Tax Intern position at EY in 2006 and various roles such as Senior Associate and Associate within the Financial Services Office. Charisma also interned in Business & Legal Affairs at Razor & Tie Direct LLC in late 2005. Charisma earned a Bachelor's Degree from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business between 2003 and 2007.
