Charles Conroy is the Head of Engineering for Core Brokerage Technology at Fidelity Investments, where they leverage over 25 years of IT experience in product development and organizational management. With a strong focus on fostering a culture of innovation, Charles has successfully managed numerous enterprise-scale projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
