Chris Moeder

Chris Moeder, CFA, is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the VP of Research Development - Portfolio Engineering at Fidelity Investments since July 2013. In this role, Chris collaborates with research and product teams to enhance Fidelity's managed account program through innovative planning and investment capabilities. Previous positions at Fidelity include Team Leader for Asset Allocation Research and Senior Analyst for Multi-Asset Class Customized Products, focusing on developing tailored portfolios for pension clients and creating custom target-date products. With a background that includes significant roles as a Senior Quantitative Analyst in various domains, Chris has a strong foundation in portfolio construction, derivative research, and performance attribution. Prior to Fidelity, Chris held positions at UBS and The Boston Consulting Group, contributing expertise in financial analysis and consulting. Chris holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
