Christopher DeMond

Christopher DeMond is the Director and Product Manager for Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments, where they lead an Agile product development team focused on the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) offering, enhancing retirement savings accessibility for small businesses. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions at Fidelity, including Senior Manager in Business Consulting and Analyst within the Fidelity Institutional team. They also gained experience at IBM as a Business Analytics and Strategy Consultant and interned at Merrill Lynch in Private Wealth Management. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University, and has furthered their education at The London School of Economics.
