Christopher Welch

Christopher Welch is currently the Director of IT Project Management at Fidelity Investments, where they lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and drive Agile transformations. With a proven track record of aligning teams with program roadmaps and managing delivery risks, Christopher provides critical insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, they served in various positions, including Principal IT Project Manager and Agile Practice Director, and they bring extensive experience in Agile methodologies from their time in the US Navy and previous tech roles. Christopher holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Innovation from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Colorado State University.
