Cierra Stewart

Cierra Stewart possesses a diverse background in customer service and account management with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Starting as a Hostess at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Cierra effectively addressed customer concerns and managed to-go orders. Progressing to AMC Theatres as a Crew Lead, responsibilities included training new associates and assisting customers. Cierra further honed customer relationship skills at Fidelity Investments, first as a Customer Relationship Advocate and then as a Managed Account Support Specialist, where coaching and mentoring a team became key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Personal Banker at First Convenience Bank and a Sales Floor Associate at Walmart, both roles emphasizing exceptional customer service in high-volume environments.
