Connor Hayward

Connor Hayward is currently a Manager of Global Corporate Actions at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team in Investment Operations. They previously held roles as a Fund and Investment Operations Associate and Senior Analyst in Corporate Actions at the same company. Connor earned a Bachelor's of Science in Management, with a focus on Operations Management and a minor in Mathematics, from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, where they also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Prior to their work at Fidelity, Connor contributed to the Boston College Residence Hall Association as co-chair of the Student Programming Council and worked as a Nutrition Services Associate at Maine Medical Center.
