Conor McDonnell is currently the Head of HR for Enterprise Data & AI within Advanced Process Solutions and AI Innovation. They previously served as the Head of HR for Fidelity Investments in Ireland from 2020 to 2022 and held various HR leadership roles at Fidelity Investments from 2008 to 2012 and at APW from 2005 to 2006. Their career began as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Limerick, where they also earned a Bachelor of Business Studies specializing in Human Resources. Conor held the position of IR/HR Executive at IBEC from 2000 to 2004.
