Crystal Young, MHRM, GISF, CSPO, CSM, is a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with extensive experience in the financial services industry. They have a strong working knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), and are proficient in tools such as Active Directory, CyberArk, and ServiceNow. Crystal previously served as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Truist and worked in various customer service roles at BB&T prior to their current position at Fidelity Investments. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
