Cye Patton is an accomplished technology leader and continuous improvement consultant with a proven track record in building and guiding IT and business service teams. Cye has held various key roles at Fidelity Investments, including Technology Director for ITSM Operations and AI Operations. Previous experience includes positions at CIGNA Healthcare and Unum, where Cye led initiatives in change management and project management. Cye holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
