Dan Long

Dan Long is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in cloud security and technology risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Enterprise Cloud Security Team Leader at Fidelity Investments since August 2019, Dan leads a team focused on cloud security controls, governance, compliance, and secure cloud adoption practices. Previous roles include Chapter Leader of Cloud Security Engineering and Director of the Cloud Center of Excellence at Fidelity, along with senior consulting positions at Amazon Web Services and Eze Castle Integration, where Dan contributed significantly to expanding cybersecurity services and developing product strategies. With a solid foundation in engineering and IT operations, Dan has played key roles in managing infrastructure for various financial institutions, starting from positions at FleetBoston Financial and Sowood Capital. Dan holds an educational background from Berklee College of Music.
