Danielle Cullen

Danielle Cullen has diverse experience in both camp counseling and human resources. As a Summer Camp Counselor at Gwynn Valley from May 2019 to May 2021, Danielle managed a group of ten children, organized campouts, taught pottery, and assisted with climbing activities. Following this role, Danielle worked as a Hostess at Farina Neighborhood Italian Restaurant, where responsibilities included welcoming customers, organizing seating, and addressing customer concerns. Most recently, Danielle served in various roles at Fidelity Investments from June 2024 to August 2023, including HR Change Management and Talent Acquisition Internships, where Danielle developed a technology feedback channel and performed data analysis on recruitment processes, leading to a significant reduction in support cases. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Human Resources with a minor in Business and the Liberal Arts from Penn State University, complemented by a high school diploma from William G. Enloe Magnet High School.
