Danielle Luffman

Danielle Luffman is currently the Delivery Practice Lead at Fidelity Investments, where they guide agile transformations and connect strategies to execution. They have previously served as an Agile Coach at Accenture and Mimi Hearing Technologies, where they implemented Scrum methodologies in cross-functional teams. Prior to that, Danielle worked as a Product Manager and User Researcher at Mimi Hearing Technologies, managing product development and conducting user interviews. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have experience as a Research Assistant at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
