Dara Gough

Dara Gough is the Head of HR at Manulife Global Wealth & Asset Management, bringing extensive experience in executive-level human resources and talent leadership, particularly within complex technology and financial services environments. Previously, Gough held key roles at Fidelity Investments, including Head of Enterprise Talent Mobility and Vice President of Talent Strategy, where they focused on strategic talent planning and leadership movement. Gough also served as the Head of HR for John Hancock’s Insurance and Technology sectors, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering a high-performance culture. Currently, Gough is pursuing an MS in Adult & Organizational Learning at Suffolk University and a BS in Management & Human Resources at Northeastern University.
