Darnell Boyd

Darnell Boyd, MPA, PMP, CSM, ITIL, is currently the Director of Change Management at Fidelity Investments, where they focus on leading change initiatives within the organization. Previously, Darnell served as a Senior Manager at VF Corporation and as a Senior Change Manager at Advance Auto Parts, applying PROSCI methodology and fostering effective stakeholder engagement across various sectors. With a background in public health program management, including roles at Cabarrus Health Alliance and New Hanover County, Darnell has consistently demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development. Darnell holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Shaw University.
