Dave Exley

Dave Exley is a Vice President and Squad Leader at Fidelity Investments, where they lead teams in developing innovative cloud-based solutions for the company's Workplace Platform. With extensive experience in product, program, and project management, Dave has held several key positions at Fidelity, including Director roles overseeing workplace innovation and digital platforms. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from DePaul University and have a background in project management from Northern Virginia Community College.
