David Black is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience at Fidelity Investments since February 2005, where roles include Senior Vice President of Workplace Investing Technology, Vice President of IT Strategy & Planning, and Vice President of Defined Benefit Technology. Expertise encompasses personalized planning and advice, CRM solutions using Salesforce, technology strategy and planning, and agile delivery management.
