David Poudrier

David Poudrier is currently serving as a Fixed-Income Research Associate at Fidelity Investments, focusing on financials within various sectors including life and P&C insurers, reinsurers, insurance brokers, and government-sponsored enterprises since July 2024. Previously, David held the position of Vice President of Investments and Sector Head for Energy and Power with the UNC Portfolio Management Team from September 2022 to April 2024. Additionally, David was involved with the UNC Finance Society as Head of Asset Management and completed summer analyst responsibilities with PGIM in 2023, specializing in fixed-income portfolio analysis. David's earlier experiences include an Investment Analytics Internship at SLC Management and a Wealth Management Internship at Morgan Stanley, where a notable achievement was winning a stock market competition. Academically, David earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following earlier studies at Connecticut College and obtaining a high school diploma from Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
