Deane Perla

Deane Perla is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in network analysis and architecture. Currently serving as Director of Network Engineering at Fidelity Investments since October 2006, Deane has progressed from the role of Principal Network Capacity Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as Programs and Plans Flight Commander at the 267th Combat Communications Squadron in Otis ANGB, MA, and Senior Data Network Engineer at Putnam Investments, where responsibilities encompassed network growth and technology upgrades for a large user base. Earlier in career, Deane worked as a Network Engineer at MCI Worldcom, focusing on network design solutions and management for telecommunications systems. Deane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned in 1994.
