Dena Lombardi

Dena Lombardi, MBA, is a Senior Learning Experience Designer who develops engaging learning content and solutions for internal associates at Fidelity Investments. With a strong passion for learning and development, Dena incorporates design principles and creativity into training materials, often utilizing gamification to enhance learner engagement. Dena has also explored accessibility and inclusion in design, emphasizing the importance of making learning accessible to all. Prior to this role, Dena gained experience in various positions, including a Bank Teller at Rockland Trust and a Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Hopedale Public Schools, while earning both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
