Derek Hartmann

Derek Hartmann is the Director of Financial Crimes Surveillance at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team of AML analysts to protect both the firm and its clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Previously, Derek held various positions at Fidelity, including High Net Worth Manager and Active Trader Senior Trader, where they focused on client service and risk management. They also served as a team leader, developing new associates and spearheading training programs. Derek began their career as a Sales Associate at Sign A Rama and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of New Hampshire.
