Diane Noel

Diane Noel is the Vice President of Contracts at Fidelity Investments, where they negotiate complex equity compensation services agreements and manage strategic vendor relationships. Previously, Diane served as Legal Counsel at Burns & Levinson LLP, specializing in various legal agreements and intellectual property law. They began their career as a paralegal at BNY Mellon and Boston Law Collaborative before advancing to senior roles at Fidelity, including Director of Contracts. Diane holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in History from Tufts University.
