Dillon Sutherland

Dillon Sutherland is currently a Squad Lead - Order Entry at Fidelity Investments, where they lead an Agile team focused on enhancing Order Entry capabilities for Fidelity Institutional. With a proven track record in solving complex multi-system problems, Dillon has extensive experience in systems integration and institutional trading, having previously held roles such as Senior System Analyst and Product Manager at Fidelity. Dillon began their career with internships at Macquarie Group in both Philadelphia and Hong Kong and is pursuing a B.S. in Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech. Throughout their academic journey, Dillon was actively involved in leadership roles within the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, helping raise significant funds for non-profits worldwide.
