Doreen Maczko is a Certified Scrum Master and accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in managing major IT initiatives in dynamic environments. They have a proven track record in designing and implementing operational processes while leading cross-functional project management teams. Previously, Doreen held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including IT Project Manager Consultant and Director, ITIL Expert & Sr. Project Manager, and served as a Senior IT Strategic Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Currently, Doreen is pursuing several degrees, including a Project Management Certificate from Boston University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston College, while also studying for a Master’s in Computer Information Systems at Bentley University.
