Dr. Jamar Baker, Ph.D., is a transformational leader with over fifteen years of experience in organizational leadership, economic development, and public service. Currently serving as the VP of Workplace Planning and Advice Leader at Fidelity Investments, Jamar develops teams across the country to achieve business goals and enhance leader and client experiences. Previously, Jamar held various roles, including Executive Director at STRIVE Michigan and Financial Consultant, driving organizational success and community impact. Jamar's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Public Administration, among other qualifications.
