Dr Mary Thomas

Dr. Mary Thomas is a seasoned professional in Diversity and Inclusion, currently serving as Sr Manager at Fidelity Investments since 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Thomas was an Assistant Professor at Christ University in Bangalore from 2011 to 2022, where they gained extensive experience in curriculum design and held several key positions, including Accreditation Coordinator and BBA Programme Coordinator. Dr. Thomas also worked at Bharti Airtel Limited between 2005 and 2006, progressing from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager in the Learning and Development vertical. They are presently pursuing an MBA in HR at Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli, having earned a PhD in Management from Bharathiar University in 2021.
