Eileen Kotfila

Eileen Kotfila has over 30 years of experience in data strategy, project management, and product management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Strategy & Program Management at Fidelity Investments since November 1996, Eileen has been instrumental in developing the Enterprise Data Governance practice. Previous roles at Fidelity include Vice President for various positions focusing on data product line management, project management, and software engineering. Eileen's career also includes significant roles at Putnam Investments and J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities ranged from managing data administration teams to development for cash management systems. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from SUNY Geneseo.
